Syrian comedian slams coalition war on Yemen

SANAA, May 24 (YPA) – The great Syrian comedian and director, Duraid Lahham has criticized the war led by the Saudi-led aggression coalition against Yemen for 7 years.

Duraid Lahham said in a statement to Al-Mayadeen TV: “If our grandchildren ask in the future why they slaughter the Yemeni people, what should we respond?”

Previously, Al-Lahham published a video showing the suffering of the children of Yemen.

“I felt how much the world needs a touch of childhood to make life better, food, clothing, medicine, safety, are things that the children of Yemen need,” Al-Lahham said.

He called on his followers to help the children of Yemen, saying: “Come to participate in the treatment of a Yemeni child.
