Yemen army attacks Saudi troops in Western coast

HODEIDAH, June 20 (YPA) – The Yemen army carried out military attacks against Saudi-backed militiamen’s gatherings in western coast of Hodeidah province during the past 24 hours, Ansar Allah media center said in a statement obtained by Yemen Press Agency on Wednesday.

Rocketry force of the army fired a ballistic missile, Qahir-M2, toward gatherings of coalition-backed militiamen.

In additional, air force of the army destroyed 15 military vehicles and armored, inflicting the coalition heavy losses.

The army also cut off the militiamen’ supplies lines in Nukhaila and Mujils areas of Duraihimi district, seizing 10 armored vehicles and destroying 6.

The center added that engineering unit of the army also destroyed three coalition’s military armored vehicles with explosive devices during repelling the militiamen’ s infiltration toward the airport, killing all their crews.

Meanwhile, artillery force of the army targeted a weapon’s store in the south of Duraihimi as well as a leader of coalition-backed militiamen was injured.
