Foreign Ministry condemns terrorist attack on water station in Egypt

SANAA, May 08 (YPA) – The Foreign Ministry of the National Salvation Government on Sunday condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a water pumping station in West Sinai in Egypt, killing 11 soldiers and wounding five people.

In a statement issued today by it, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the condolences of the National Salvation Government to the brotherly Egyptian government and people and the families of the victims.

The statement affirmed the Yemeni Republic’s condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, pointing to the importance of concerted efforts to eliminate terrorism and hold its perpetrators and financiers accountable.

The Ministry Foreign also confirmed Yemen’s solidarity with the brotherly Arab Republic of Egypt in the fight against terrorism and extremism.
