Coalition continues to violate UN-brokered truce in Yemen

SANAA, April 23 (YPA) – The Saudi-led coalition forces have continued to violate the UN-brokered truce in several Yemeni provinces within the past 24 hours.

A military source indicated that the coalition forces’ violations amounted to 92 violations, of which14 violations of armed and spying reconnaissance aircraft over the sky of the province of Marib and Saada.

The source affirmed that an offensive operation was carried out by the coalition forces towards the positions of the Sanaa forces in al-Balaq al-Sharqi area of Marib and al-Malahidh and al-Madafan areas of Saada, with a Katyusha missile and artillery, reaching 14 breaches.

About 63 violations were monitored, of which shelling, sniping and shooting at citizens’ homes and on Sanaa forces’ sites in the governorates of Marib, Dhalea, Hajjah and Saada, the sources added.
