Police arrest wanted over killing of University professor    

SANAA, Feb. 1 (YPA) – The police arrested a number of persons implicated in the crime of killing a university professor, Interior Minister Abdulhakeem Al-Mawiri said on Thursday.

Professor Raji Hamid al-Deen, the president of Iqraa University, was killed last week in a drive-by shooting in the capital Sanaa.

“The arrested are affiliated with terrorist groups as the investigation are under way,” the minister said, citied by the state Al-Thawra daily newspaper.
