Islah militia attack female demonstrators in Marib

MARIB, March 17 (YPA) -Saudi-backed Islah Party’s militia attacked on Thursday several female demonstrators in the oil-rich city of Marib, eastern Yemen.

Local sources confirmed that Islah’s “special security forces” attacked a protest rally organized by the mothers of the kidnapped, who have been calling for the release of their sons and permission to visit them.

According to local sources, the Islah elements arrested several the mothers of the abductees, warning that rallies not to be organized in the coming days.

The so-called “Abductees’ Mothers’ Association” organized a protest rally, denouncing the Islah’s security forces’ prevention of visiting their kidnapped sons in Marib prisons for more than a year.
