Russia imposes sanctions against US administration

SANAA, March 15 (YPA) – Russia imposed on Tuesday sanctions on s number of senior officials in the US administration.

Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs explained in a news statement that the sanctions also included the US President Joe Biden and his Secretary of State, Antony Blinken.

The statement affirmed that imposition of Russian personal sanctions against US leaders and people connected to them came “in response to a series of unprecedented sanctions against senior officials of the Russian Federation.
