Gunmen kidnap young man in Aden

ADEN, Feb. 23 (YPA) – Unidentified gunmen on Tuesday kidnapped a young man from the front of his house in Al-Mansoura district of Aden province, southern Yemen.

According to eyewitnesses, two gunmen on a white bus kidnapped the young man, Anwar Abdulhakim Qassem Al-Hamati from the front of his house located next to Al-Mansoura court.

No further details have been received about the operation so far.

The operation comes within the state of lawlessness that afflicts Aden and its citizens, as a result of the conflict over land, regional campaigns, and the spread of armed gangs backed by security and military leaders loyal to the UAE in the city.
