Israeli entity’s FM arrives in Bahrain

SANAA, Feb. 14 (YPA) – The Israeli entity’s Prime Minister Naftali Bennett arrived in Bahrain on Monday, at the first official visit by an Israeli prime minister to Manama, after the invitation of Bahraini Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

“Bennett will meet during the visit with Al Khalifa, who had previously met him for the first time at the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26), held last November in Glasgow.”

The two sides will discuss additional ways to strengthen bilateral relations, and “the importance of peace, progress and prosperity in the region, especially growing diplomatic and economic issues, with a focus on technology and innovation.”

Bennett will also meet with Bahrain’s finance, industry and transportation ministers and representatives of the local Jewish community.
