President Al-Mashat stresses importance of accelerating litigation procedures

SANAA, Feb. 02 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, on Wednesday paid a visit to the Supreme Judicial Council, during which he met with the judicial leaders.

In the meeting, President Al-Mashat stressed the importance of completing the amendment of laws, regulations and decisions that speed up the litigation procedures to achieve a just in a limited period, and activating the role of the judicial inspection in a large and continuous way.

The meeting touched on the functioning of the judicial authority, its needs and difficulties facing its work, as well as aspects related to legal amendments and automating judicial work.
