STC militias loot tanker carrying fuel in Lahj

LAHJ, Feb. 01 (YPA) – The UAE-backed southern transitional council looted on Tuesday a tanker carrying oil after it had an accident in Al-Habilain area of Lahj province, local sources said.

The sources affirmed that the southern transitional militants were on board a military vehicle and accompanied by a truck, when they broke the locks on the tanker and emptied the fuel into the tank of the truck and fled.

The sources mentioned that the fuel tanker is owned by the merchant, Jiab Qahtan and it is dedicated for Dhalea province.

The tanker’s owner expressed his anger and displeasure due to looting his tanker by the militiamen instead of protecting it.
