Coalition is preparing large military arrangements in Marib

MARIB, Jan. 05 (YPA) – Sources familiar with the matter said “there are military arrangements and equipment by the Saudi-led coalition forces, backed by al-Qaeda elements, to launch a large-scale attack to restore al-Juoba district of Marib.”

The sources said that the coalition would carry out a large-scale military operation led by leaders “Abdul Hakim Al-Shaddadi”, “Yasser Al-Mabari” and “Radad Al-Hashimi”, towards “Al-Lajma” area of Balaq al-Gharbi Mountains.

The sources confirmed that dozens of military vehicles, including recruits and al-Qaeda militants, gathered remarkably in the south of the city.
Additionally, large military vehicles and rocket launchers, and large military equipment arrived in Wadi Abaida area of Marib.

This came hours after the failure of three advances carried out by the coalition forces and their affiliated armed groups in “Balaq”al-Gharbai and the northern al-Juoba district.
