Parliament praises naval forces’ capabilities in protecting Yemeni waters

SANAA, Jan. 04 (YPA) – The Yemeni Parliament Speaker, Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, on Tuesday called for unifying popular and official efforts to expose the falsehood of the Saudi-led coalition’s allegations aimed at covering up war crimes it committed against the Yemeni people.

In the Parliament’s session on Tuesday, Al-Ra’i praised the qualitative operation of the Yemeni navy, which led to the seizure of the hostile Emirati military cargo ship in the Yemeni territorial waters off Hodeida province.

The House Speaker stressed that this operation comes within the framework of the legitimate right to protect Yemeni territorial waters, urging more vigilance, caution and monitoring of all activities of the hostile warships.

He pointed out that the pictures that were shown confirm that the ship is carrying military equipment and machineries, which refutes the lies and falsity of the coalition media.
