Report: Yemen army carries out attacks against coalition troops, over Tuesday
SANAA, Jan 31 (YPA) – Yemen army has launched military operations, including artillery, missiles and snipping attacks to frustrate US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition mercenaries and soldiers’ infiltration over the past 24 hours, according to military reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Wednesday.

- In Saudi capital of Riyadh:
The Yemeni Rocketry Forces fired a long-range ballistic missile, Burkan H-2, toward King Khaled International Airport.
- In Jizan Saudi border province:
3 Saudi soldiers were sniped beyond Hamidha village.
Artillery shelling bombed Saudi soldier’s gatherings beyond Kamer village, Qais mountain, Mahjer site, and beyond Faridhah site.
- In border province of Najran:
Dozens of Saudi-backed militias were killed and wounded during repelling their infiltration toward Aleeb mountains, destroying two military vehicles.
A Saud-backed militia, commander of the 103 Brigade, was injured by the fire of Yemen army in Boqea front.
Saudi-backed militias’ gatherings were shelled by artillery in the desert of Boqea.
- In Asir border province:
Artillery shelling targeted militias’ gatherings in Sabahtal mountain and in front of Alab crossing.
Saudi soldiers’ gatherings, fortifications and military vehicles were shelled by rockets and artillery beyond Alab crossing.
Missile and artillery shelling targeted gatherings of Saudi soldiers in Hadhar site, Hanjer censorship, and Air Defense camp.
- In Bayda province:
Dozens of militias were killed in an ambush targeted on foot patrol east of Shabakt Sabah of Thi-Na’em district.
- In Taiz province:
Army repelled militias’ infiltration toward Jara area ,and another infiltration in Habashi mountains, killing and wounding dozens.
The commander of the fifth sector in the 22nd Brigade, Nabeel al-Adeemi, was injured in the north of the city.
A military vehicle of militias was destroyed by a guided rocket east of Yakhtel of Makha district, killing all its crew.
Militias gatherings were shelled by artillery in Salw district, killing and wounding dozens.
- In Nehm district:
Artillery of the army targeted militias’ gatherings in Ayani hill of Nehm front.
- In Lahj province:
A military vehicle loaded with militias was smashed by a guided rocket in Karsh, killing all its crew.
- In Yemen province of Jawf:
A military vehicle loaded with militias was bombed by an explosive device in Mahamisha front of Khub-washaaf district, killing all its crew.
An explosive device blasted during repelling militias’ infiltration toward Ham-Asfal mountain east of Mutun district, killing dozens.
- In Marib province:
Eight of Saudi-backed malitias were sniped in several areas of Serwah district.
Artillery of the army targeted militias’ gatherings in Dhaiq valley and Salb mountain of Serwah district.
