Arrest warrant issued against militarily commander loyal to UAE in Aden

ADEN, Dec. 28 (YPA) – A document issued  by Aden Security Director loyal to Saudi-led coalition revealed a circular to all the city’s outlets to arrest the commander of the 4th Support Brigade belonging to the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC).

The document, circulated by activists on social media, showed Aden’s security directing criminal investigation department, military and security points and air and sea ports, to arrest the commander, “Hadar al-Shawhati”, who is being accused of murdering Saleh Mohammed al-Shatairi, the commander of the protection guards  of the so-called  “Southern Resistance’s commander , Abu Hammam al-Yafei.

It called on Aden airport and port police departments to arrest al-Shawhati and his companions involved in the killing of Al-Shatairi.

Al-Shatairi, known as “Al-Arri”, was killed at the end of February by the fire of the commander of the “4th Brigade” and his companions in a dispute over a land in the Bir Fadl area of downtown Aden.
