OCCUPIED QUDS, Dec. 26 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces on Sunday stormed the home of the Governor of occupied Quds, “Adnan Ghaith,” and arrested a guard of Al-Aqsa Mosque, after besieging the Rock Dome.
It was not known why the house of “Ghaith”, member of the Revolutionary Council of Fatah movement, was stormed and its contents were tampered with, according to the Palestinian News and Information Agency (Wafa).
Eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli police arrested the guard of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Louay Abu Al-Saad, who had taken refuge in the Dome of the Rock, so that the occupation forces surrounded him and closed its doors to worshipers.
The occupation forces also stormed the house of the citizen “Fawzi Al-Bastti” in the Bab Hatta neighborhood of the Old City of the occupied Quds city, and conducted thorough searches there.
The Israeli forces arrested three Palestinian youths from Silwan town, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
