FM congratulates Libyan counterpart on National Day

SANAA, Dec. 23 (YPA) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hisham Sharaf, on Thursday sent a cable of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Libya, Najla Al-Manqoush.

In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Al-Manqoush on the occasion of her country’s celebrations of the National Day.
