ANKARA, Dec. 23 (YPA) – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan hosted at his palace in Ankara the chief rabbi of the Israeli occupation in Turkey with a group of Jewish rabbis, a Hebrew newspaper reported.
During the meeting, Erdogan issued a series of surprisingly warm statements about his attitude towards Jews and Israel, the Hebrew newspaper Yediot Aharonot said Wednesday evening.
“Relations between Turkey, Jews and Israel will always be strong,” he said. “Economic relations between the two countries are stronger than ever and will continue to grow.”
Turkey and Arab and Islamic states are running for normalization with the entity of the Israeli enemy, which is usurping the Palestinian territories and occupied Jerusalem and the author of major crimes against the Arab and Islamic nation and the peoples of the region.
