President directs Finance ministry regarding his salary

SANAA, June 13 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Tuesday directed Ministry of Finance to pay his salary after the completion of paying salaries of all state employees.

Deputy Minister of Finance Hashem Ismail Ahmed said in a statement to Yemen Press Agency, called on the government institutions to speed up paying 50% of salary to all the state staff before Eid al-Fitr.

He confirmed that the ministry has collected revenues of the coming months to cover the payment of a half of salary to all state employees.
