Tribal sheikh escapes assassination attempt in Lahj

LAHJ, Dec. 11 (YPA) – A tribal sheikh escaped on Saturday an assassination attempt in Lahj province, according to local sources.

The sources affirmed that the sheikh Nasser Al-Kulaibi was subjected to the attempt with an explosive device, which was planted on a roadside in Tur al-Baha area while passing his car.

Al-Kulaibi was seriously injured, in the explosion, with two his companions.

The district of Tur Al Baha is witnessing a heated struggle between the Saudi-led coalition forces within the framework of control of foreign agendas.
