Yemeni riyal resumes decline against foreign currencies in southern provinces

SANAA, Dec. 09 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal exchange rate on Thursday resumed its decline after a day of temporarily recovery against foreign currencies in the southern provinces, controlled by the Saudi-led coalition.

The US dollar rate increased to 1,450 riyals, while the Saudi riyal reached 385 riyals in the provinces of Aden and Hadramout.

Meanwhile, the Yemeni riyal exchange rate remained stable in the capital Sanaa at 602 riyals per dollar.
As for the dollar exchange rate on the black market, it reached 605 riyals in Sanaa.
