Parliament praises “8th Deterrence Balance” operation

SANAA, Nov. 21 (YPA) – The Parliament, in its Sunday session, praised the “8th Deterrence Balance” operation carried out by the armed forces in the Saudi depth, in response to the escalation crimes of the Saudi-led coalition against the Yemeni people.

The Parliament’s members stressed Yemen’s legitimate right to self-defense in light of the continued aggression and siege, and its right to respond to the arrogance and intransigence of the coalition that targets Yemeni cities daily with dozens of airstrikes.

In the session, headed by Speaker Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i and attended by the Minister of State for Parliament and Shura Affairs Dr. Ali Abu Haliqa, the parliament approved a supplementary report of the Financial Affairs Committee on the performance of the customs control centers (Sanaa – Hazm Al-Jawf – Jabal Ras).

This came after the commitment of the government side, represented by Head of the Customs Authority, Youssef Zabara, to implement the parliament’s recommendations in this regard.
