KHARTOUN, Nov. 01 (YPA) – Sudanese television reported on Sunday evening that the head of the military council, Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, relieved Attorney General Mubarak Mahmoud of his post.
Al-Burhan has dismissed a number of officials, including diplomats, from their posts since the military seized power last week.
On the other hand, the Sudanese authorities released Muhammad al-Tabidi, the former director of information in the Security and Intelligence Service during the era of former President Omar al-Bashir, and Ibrahim Ghandour, head of the National Congress Party in Sudan.
