Israel cancels travel warnings for Morocco

OCCUPIED QUDS, Oct. 25 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation entity on Monday announced the cancellation of the travel warning for Israelis to Morocco, which was in effect for more than ten years.

Ofir Gendelman, a spokesman for the Israeli Prime Minister, said on his Twitter account that the decision came in the wake of analyzes conducted by the security services led by the National Security Agency, which came in light of the assessment of the situation that indicated a low level of threat in Morocco.

In turn, the Israeli security authority recommended its citizens “the necessity of continuing to exercise extreme vigilance” in Morocco, despite the decision to cancel the travel warning.

The Moroccan government announced that it would ratify two agreements with Israel in the fields of air services, culture and sports.

The government said in a statement published by the official agency that it will approve two bills to ratify the two agreements in a meeting, the first since the government of “Aziz Akhannouch” gained the confidence of the Parliament.
