STC militias accuse Islah militants of kidnapping Al-Attas

ADEN, Oct. 12 (YPA) – The UAE-funded Southern Transitional Council (STC) militias accused on Tuesday Islah militants of kidnapping a religious preacher in Wadi Hadramout.

The STC spokesman, Ali al-Kathiri, strongly condemned the heinous kidnapping of the preacher, Taher bin Hussein Al-Attas, in front of his house in the city of Tarim.

The spokesman held the leadership of the “First Military Region” loyal to the leader of the Saudi-backed Islah party, Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar, in Seiyun, full responsibility for the kidnapping of Al-Attas.
