UN should break its silence on coalition’s violations of Stockholm Agreement: Deputy FM

SANAA, Oct. 03 (YPA) – Deputy Foreign Minister, Hussein Al-Ezzi, said on Sunday the United Nations should break its silence regarding the violations of Stockholm Agreement committed by Saudi-led coalition in Hodeida province.

This came during his meeting with Deputy Head of the United Nations Mission to support the Hodeida Agreement (UNMHA), Daniela Kroslak.

Al-Ezzi demanded obligating the coalition party to respect the agreement and release internationally licensed ships without interception them, as well as stopping air raids.

He urged the UN, represented by the UNMAA, to assume the responsibility for developing the mission’s work pattern in an effective manner in order to support efforts to implement the Stockholm Agreement.

Meanwhile, Kroslak affirmed the commitment of the United Nations mission to continue working on the basis of pushing all parties towards respecting the agreement.
