Islah leader’s son dies in Turkey

SANAA, Sept. 24 (YPA) – A son of one of leaders of the Yemeni Islah Party died on Friday in Turkey.

According to Yemeni activists in Turkey, Mohammed Hamid al-Ahmar, the son of a leader in the ranks of the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Islah in Yemen, died in mysterious circumstances.

The activists said that the young man, Mohammed Al-Ahmar, was exposed to a sudden health problem, after which he was transferred to the hospital, where he died.

No statement has been issued yet by Sheikh Al-Ahmar about the circumstances of his son’s death so far.
