Militia leader killed in Taiz

TAIZ, June 9 (YPA) – A militia leader loyal to Saudi-led coalition was killed by unknown militants on Saturday in Taiz province, an official told Yemen Press Agency.

The militants opened fire towards Colonel Radhwan al-Awdiny.

Taiz city has been a scene of anarchy and conflict caused by rival regional countries over controlling power since the beginning of a military intervention led by the Saudi-led coalition against Yemen.
