Sanaa confirms its commitment to cooperate with UN team of experts
SANAA, Sept. 14 (YPA) – Head of the Sanaa national team concerned with dealing with the UN international and regional experts team on Yemen, Abdulelah Hajar, on Tuesday reiterated the commitment of the Salvation Government to cooperate with the team of experts.
This came during the virtual meeting held by the team today, with the participation of the United Nations team of experts headed by Kamal Jendoubi, to discuss the team’s fourth report on the human rights situation in Yemen, entitled “A Forgotten Nation.. An appeal to humanity to end the suffering of Yemen” presented at the 48th session held in Geneva during the period from September 13 to October 1.
Head of the Sanaa team considered the meeting an opportunity to strengthen the existing cooperation between the two sides.
Hajar touched on the violations and crimes that were and are being committed by the Saudi-led coalition against civilians and civil objects for the seventh year in a row.
