NMC expects scattered rain accompanied by thunderstorms

SANAA, Sept. 12 (YPA) – The National Meteorological Center expected on Sunday scattered rain accompanied by thunderstorms parts of the western highlands, southern and central highlands.

In the weather forecast, the center alerted civilians in areas where it is expected to rain to not be in the streams and corridors of torrential rain and warned seagoers and fishermen in Socotra archipelago, eastern and southern coasts of sea turbulence and high waves.

The center warned motorists on mountain roads not to reduce horizontal visibility due to rains and fog formation.
