Iranian FM: America is responsible for crises in Afghanistan

SANAA, Sept. 09 (YPA) – Iran’s Foreign Minister, Hossein Amirabdollahian, affirmed on Thursday that America is responsible for the crises experienced by the Afghan people.

This came during his meeting at the headquarters of the Iranian Foreign Ministry with Qatar’s Foreign Minister, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.

In the meeting, the two sides discussed strengthening bilateral relations and the latest regional and international developments between the two countries.

They affirmed the significance of enhancing dialogue among the countries of the region, noting that forming an inclusive government is the way to achieve stability in Afghanistan.

The meeting also discussed ways of cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the State of Qatar regarding the holding of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
