Sanaa exposes British spying activities over communications in Yemen

SANAA, Sept. 06 (YPA) – Member of the negotiating delegation in Sanaa government, Abdul-Malik Al-Ajri, exposed on Monday the British spying scandal over communications in Yemen for serving its colonial goals.

“Britain is conducting espionage activities on some Yemeni communications networks and some submarine cables from southern provinces of Yemen, which it has taken bases in order to help serve its colonial goals,” Al-Ajri said on Twitter.

He considered the British espionage is a “blatant violation of Yemeni sovereignty and the privacy of Yemeni citizens, and with the shameful complicity by Saudi-exiled Hadi government.”
