Yemeni students abroad demand dismissal of Higher Education Minister in “Hadi’s gov’t”

SANAA, Sept. 05 (YPA)  – Yemeni students on scholarships to study abroad have launched an electronic campaign to demand the dismissal and accountability of the leadership of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Saudi-backed “Hadi government.”

This comes after the Saudi-backed government’s failure to achieve minimal processing of student issues and the payment of their overdue dues for more than a year.

The students demanded in a statement the immediate dismissal of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the Undersecretary of the Scholarships Sector in the Ministry for their failure to manage the scholarship file in the manner indicated by the law.
