Southern senior leader attacks Saudi Arabia

ADEN, Aug. 18 (YPA) – A senior military commander loyal to the Saudi-backed Islah Party attacked on Wednesday Saudi Arabia, describing it as a “cobra” whose hands have the blood of thousands of Yemenis.

The commander, Adel Al-Hasani, residing in Turkey, said on Twitter that Saudi Arabia “continues to destroy our land, build military bases in eastern and southern Yemen, and seize our country with a hand stained with the Yemenis blood.”

“Today, it twists its muscles against Yemeni workers and expels them from its territory, in a new crime that adds to its record against Yemen and Yemenis,” he added.

Al-Hosni’s tweets came after Saudi Arabia, during the past weeks, expelled thousands of Yemeni workers from the Kingdom.
