Exchange rate of Riyal in Aden records major collapse

SANAA, Aug. 18 (YPA) – The exchange rate of the riyal against the dollar recorded on Wednesday morning a major and sudden collapse in occupied Aden province.

The selling exchange rate of the US dollar amounted to about 1040 Yemeni riyals, while the purchase price reached 1027 riyals in Aden.

The Saudi riyal also recorded additional increases against the Yemeni riyal, reaching 271 Yemeni riyals for sale, and 273 riyals for purchasein Aden.

The exchange of the riyal against the dollar in the past few days witnessed a slight improvement against foreign currencies, while today it suddenly collapsed again.
