Zionist settlers storm Al-Aqsa Mosque

SANAA, Aug. 17 (YPA) –  Zionist settlers on Tuesday stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque, under the protection of the Zionist enemy police, while the enemy authorities demolished a house under construction in the town of Yatma, south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) quoted eyewitnesses as saying that dozens of settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa and Dome of the Rock from the side of the Mughrabi Gate, including an official in the Israeli Antiquities Department, and performed public provocative prayers in the eastern part of it.

The enemy forces arrested Nizam Abu Ramuz, 40, while he was while settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Square.

On the other hand, the official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, Ghassan Daghlas, stated that the enemy forces stormed the town of Yatma, accompanied by a bulldozer, and demolished the house of Baraa Ahmed Al-Najjar, which is under construction.

He added: The house was demolished by the occupation 15 years ago, and its owner rebuilt it again. It is located east of Yatma, in front of Jabal Sabih, which witnesses popular resistance activities in protest against the establishment of a settlement outpost on its summit.

Douglas confirmed that the Zionist enemy forces launched a wide campaign against homes in the same area, including notifications and demolitions.
