Explosive device hits oil well in north of Iraq

SANAA, Aug. 15 (YPA) – An oil well in north of Iraq was targeted on Sunday by an explosive device.

The oil well number 87 in Bay Hassan oil field of Kirkuk province was detonated by an explosive device, but that didn’t cause any fire.

The Iraqi authorities took control of the accident immediately after detonating the device and prevented the well from burning.
