Hundreds protest against collapse of local currency in Taiz

TAIZ, Aug. 05 (YPA) – Hundreds of protesters gathered on Thursday in the city of Taiz against the collapse of the local currency in the province, local source said.

The participants, in a protest march, denounced the deterioration of the living situation, demanding he local authority to leave the city.

They called on the Saudi-led coalition-appointed Taiz governor to leave the province or to resign.
