citizen injured by STC militias fire in Aden

ADEN, Jul. 31 (YPA) – A citizen was wounded by the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia in the port city of Aden, southern Yemen, on Saturday.

Local sources reported that armed confrontations erupted between a number of STC’s militants in “Al-Boumis” neighborhood in Crater area, and a citizen was slightly injured while passing through the area.

On the other hand, a violent explosion occurred in the ring road in Al-Mualla area, and its echo was heard in large parts of the area.

The sources indicated that unknown persons detonated a sound bomb in the area, without explaining the reasons for the explosion, which did not cause any casualties.
