Heavy rains damage several houses in Marib

MARIB, Jul. 23 (YPA) – Several houses were also damaged on Friday as a result of heavy rainfall on Mahlia district of Marib province.

According to sources, the rains caused also cutting off the main road linking Marib and Bayda province.

The sons of the district appealed to the competent authorities to work on finding urgent solutions to alleviate the suffering of citizens and travelers.

They stressed that their areas were deprived of vital projects, especially in the road sector, in the light of previous regimes and the Saudi mercenaries’ control over the province oil wealth for more than six years
