Angry protests erupt in Aden over UAE forces raids on residents
ADEN, June 6 (YPA) – Hundreds of residents took to the streets in Aden on Monday to protest over large-scale security raids on residential neighborhoods.
The protesters blocked the main streets in shaab city, chanting slogans against the actions of the UAE occupation forces.
The demonstrators carried banners reading “Go out UAE.”
The demonstrators expressed their anger over security raids and arrest of dozens of the residents.
The United Arab Emirates forces have been occupying the southern port city since late 2017.
