Many killed in Aden coalition factions infighting

ADEN, Jul. 14 (YPA) – Several militants were killed and others wounded on Wednesday in infighting erupted among the Saudi-led coalition factions in Aden city, south of Yemen.

According to local sources in the city, the clashes erupted between armed factions affiliated with the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militias in Al-Mualla district.

The clashes happened due to the detention of a car belonging to one of the members of the factions.

The city of Aden has witnessed security chaos, repeated assassinations and bombings, since the coalition took control of the city in the second half of 2015.
