Iran’s Revolutionary Guard unveils new missile

SANAA, Jul. 7 (YPA) –  Iranian Revolutionary Guard on Wednesday announced the unveiling of a new anti-armor missile.

According to the Iranian news agency “Fars”, the unveiling of the new “Al-Mas” anti-armor missile was unveiled during the ceremony of handing over the ground forces of the Revolutionary Guards strategic and modern equipment and weapons.

The “Al-Mas” missile is a Top Attack anti-armor missile with a range of 8 km, and it is launched from Ababil 3 drones.

The ground version of the “Al-Mas” anti-armor missile was revealed this morning, in a ceremony to introduce new equipment into the service of the Ground Forces of the Revolutionary Guard, which was held in the presence of the Commander-in-Chief of the Revolutionary Guard, Major General Hussein Salami.

At the ceremony, it was announced the introduction of all kinds of combat equipment in the field of armor, missiles, vehicles, drones, helicopters and electronic warfare to the ground forces of the Revolutionary Guards.

The most important equipment that was introduced was missile launcher systems, and attack helicopters were equipped with Qaem 114 missiles, Miraj 113 unmanned aerial vehicles, and Hanif unmanned aerial vehicles.
