Iranian army maneuver launched in Caspian Sea

SANAA, Jun. 30 (YPA) – The drill “Sustainable Security 1400” of the Iranian Naval Force launched on Wednesdaya morning sin the Caspian Sea, in the north of the country, under the slogan “Ya Hussein (peace be upon him)” by declaring a message of peace and friendship.
IRNA reported that the maneuver was launched with the participation of all types of surface and naval aviation units of the Iranian army, including missile launchers, fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, drones, and electronic warfare systems, along with naval units and the participation of the army’s naval special forces in the Caspian Sea.
These naval exercises are taking place on an area of ​​about 77,000 square kilometers in Iranian territorial waters in the Caspian Sea.
It should be noted that the 1400th Marine Sustainable Security Exercise aims to enhance comprehensive security at sea, and announce the message of peace and friendship in light of the ability, combat readiness and informational supervision of the Iranian Navy.
The exercises also aim to transfer the experiences and experiences gained to the younger generation in the largest closed lake in the world.
The Iranian air force and anti-aircraft forces provide security in the training area in the context of direct air support and coverage.
