Fierce explosion hits STC camp in Aden

ADEN, Jun. 20 (YPA) – A violent explosion rocked on Sunday one of the camps of the UAE-funded Southern Transitional Council (STC) militias in the city of Aden, southern Yemen, local sources said.

The sources in the city confirmed that an explosive device, which was planted by unknown persons, exploded inside al-Sha’ab camp of the so-called “support brigades” of STC.

The explosion came before the STC militia began carrying out a military parade, the sources added. Without any casualties were reported.

On Saturday, the head of the “STC” directed in a meeting with the military leaders, to raise the combat readiness.
