Establishment of guidance centers for delinquent children discussed
SANAA, June 4 (YPA) – A meeting of the Technical Committee to Strengthen the delinquent children Justice System on Sunday, headed by Justice Minister Ahmed Akbat discussed obstacles, projects to establish justice complexes for delinquent children.
At the meeting, attended by the Secretary of the capital, Hamoud Obad, Justice Minister stressed the importance of concerted official and community efforts and international organizations to provide special care for delinquent children.
Akbat stressed the importance of finding all the necessary means and facilities for these complexes to training and rehabilitation of children.
Obad stressed the importance of communication and coordination with foreign organizations and institutions to assist and support humanitarian projects in Yemen and provide perceptions and visions over the importance and feasibility of these projects in the long term.
The meeting reviewed the components of the project of building the Justice complex, which includes a court and prosecutor establishement at the social guidance center in the capital Sana’a.
