Hodeida governor stresses need to improve electrical energy in province

HODEIDA, Jun. 08 (YPA) – Hodeida governor, Mohammed Ayyash Quhim, stressed on Tuesday the need to improve the electricity situation in the province.

During his extended meeting, Quhim directed the directors of electricity and finance to provide the available capabilities to operate electrical stations, to overcome the difficulties that stand in the way of the continuation of the electric current.

The officials discussed ways aimed to develop an operation plan in line with the quantities of diesel available to ensure the regularity of electricity.

The meeting pointed out that the lack of diesel would lead to the complete shutdown of power plants, which constitutes a major obstacle to power plants to continue the work of the service sectors.
