5 killed, 20 injured in terrible accident in southern Egypt

CAIRO, Jun. 07 (YPA) – At least five people were killed and 20 others wounded in a collision between a heavy transport truck and a bus in the New Valley area in southern Egypt on Monday.

The accident killed five people, including three women and two men, including the bus driver, while more than 20 others were injured, according to “Al-Ahram” website.

According to the website, 12 ambulances rushed to the scene, where the injured and the dead were taken to Dakhla and Assiut University Hospital.
