Strange military vehicles roam streets in Dhalea

Dhalea, Jun.01 (YPA) – Military mechanisms believed to be affiliated with terrorist organizations on Tuesday have emerged in coalition-controlled areas in Dhalea governorate, southern Yemen.

Activists on social media circulated pictures of military pickup vehicles belonging to the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militias.

These military vehicles carrying an expression says “the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice ” under the so-called “Emergency Forces”, roaming the streets of the city of Dhalea

The activists accused Saudi-led coalition leadership of coordinating with al-Qaeda and ISIS elements for establishing an emirate of Salafist militants in the province, at the disposal of the “STC”, and making them as tools for carrying out assassinations and kidnappings in the rest of the southern provinces.
