Armed clashes erupt between tribes, coalition forces in Marib
MARIB, May 31 (YPA) – Fierce battles broke out on Monday between Marib tribes and the Saud-led coalition in south of Marib province.
According to the sources, the clashes broke out between al-Munif tribes and the coalition forces in Al-Jouba district, which the tribes managed to control the military point of the coalition forces in “Al-Faw” area, at the southern entrance to the city.
This came hours after the “Special Forces” recruits of the coalition forces killed the citizen “Walid Mohammed Naji al-Ramli,” a member of the “al-Munif” tribe in the Jouba district, under the pretext of smuggling drugs.
